Power Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps Are:
A daily outdoor workout class for people seriously committed to improving their health and fitness.


Personal Responsibility:

If you REALLY want to see RESULTS, then make a commitment to be at class every day. You are responsible to yourself and your POWER team to stay focused and arrive on time.  We'll provide the motivation, inspiration and FUN.

We guide you through exactly what you need to do to get the RESULTS you desire.


The Low-Down:
You are expected to commit to being at class, on time, ready to workout, every time.


What You'll Experience:
- Improved cardiovascular health
- Improved muscle strength, tone and definition
- Improved flexibility to prevent injury and ensure continual gains

Each day and week will get progressively more difficult, to help you CHARGE through plateaus and reach new fitness levels.

It's difficult to describe a "typical" day, because every day is different, but here's are some of the activities you can expect:


- an obstacle course
- rope jumping
- stair or hill climbing
- military fitness drills
- speed training
- plyometrics
- stamina-building endurance courses
- and/or a variety of other exercises that emphasize improving your overall cardiovascular health, the body's natural fat-burning mechanism

- a series of free weight exercises
- exercises with resistance bands/tubes
- a series of isometric and isotonic strengthening/conditioning exercises
- calisthenics: push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, squats
