What
do I need to bring to camp?
You need to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp and may want to bring
a towel or mat for abdominal work. Dress in layers...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!
What level is
the class/Will I fit in?
Many fitness levels are represented in Power. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or have fallen off
your workout regime, we'll make it work for you. You go at your pace in this class, with an instructor encouraging
you to push yourself, while also learning to listen to your body. You'll be surprised at how well you will fit in, as
long as you come with a good attitude and willingness to sweat!
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people
feel soreness for the first week. After that point, occasional slight to moderate soreness is normal. It's part of the
process that lets you improve!
What do we do if it rains?
We wear rain gear! We’re outside rain or shine.
What is the refund
policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund
if you notify us prior to your session start date. However we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after
your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no
cash refund.
What if my alarm doesn't go off or I feel sick one day... can I make up a class? Sorry, we
don't have “make-up” classes. Why? This is a course that makes you accountable. You don't just
pay your money and then we don't care anymore -- this is not a gym -- we want you to workout every day. That's how
you'll get the best, quickest results!
Do I need a physician's release?
It's
always a good idea to get the green light from a medical professional before you begin any new exercise class. This is especially
true if you have any health history that raises red flags for us. Your instructor will have you fill out a form that will
let us know if you need to get a release.
