Finally, a Boot Camp Fitness Program created
specifically for you!
Whether you’re new
to group fitness or simply need a jump start in your exercise program, this is the place for you. Through
a unique combination of workouts, you will experience a level of fitness and confidence like no other. We
will support each other through a team approach and share in each other’s achievements.
We will focus on:
*Increasing
strength, stamina, flexibility and balance
*Learning how
to adapt to your body’s changing needs, both physically and nutritionally
*Building confidence in exercise to apply to other areas of your life, like playing tennis with friends
or chasing grandchildren!
We’ll meet 2 times each
week for 4 weeks. No 2 workouts are ever the same. We have indoor and outdoor options,
depending on the weather.
Groups are limited to 14 participants,
so you will get plenty of personal instruction and a variety of options to fit your ability.
